1. Shipping
Domestic Rates
Due to unknown fuel surcharges, other variable costs of domestic shipping, and the resources necessary to obtain an accurate rate, B3 GUYS will only provide a "best guess" shipping rate upon request. The actual shipping amount will be determined once your order has been received, packed, measured, weighed and data submitted to UPS. Your shipping rate also includes the cost of packing supplies, insurance, carrier pick-up, and may require a signature upon delivery. We will often reuse packing materials, boxes, etc. to minimize these expenses. There is no domestic minimum order, however, there is a minimum shipping and handling charge of $13.95. You are also welcome to make arrangements for the carrier of your choice to pick-up at our Nashville, TN location.
International Rates
Due to the complexity, time and the resources necessary to obtain accurate International shipping rates, B3 GUYS is unable to provide an International shipping estimate. The actual shipping amount will be determined after your order has been received, packed, measured, weighed and data submitted electronically to UPS. Your shipping rate also includes the cost of packing supplies, insurance, carrier pick-up, and depending on your total order value, signature delivery required. We will often reuse packing materials, boxes, etc. to minimize these expenses. All International orders require a $500.00 minimum in product total. All International orders received for less than $500.00 in product total will be cancelled. Additionally, all International orders will incur a $49.00 non-refundable International Administrative Fee. This fee is not a shipping rate, and does not include the actual UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping rate, which is billed separately. All International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited if available in your area. The International billing address and shipping address must be the same - any International order received in which the billing address and shipping address are not the same will be cancelled. International shipping is expensive - ask questions before you submit your order! You are also welcome to make arrangements for the carrier of your choice to pick-up at our Nashville, TN location.
Customs
When you order from B3 GUYS, you are considered the importer of record in the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the item. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any charges for customs clearance is your responsibility; B3 GUYS has no control over these charges and we cannot estimate their amount. Please be aware that International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities both in and outside of the USA. B3 GUYS may provide specific order, shipment, and product information to our International carriers which may then be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Oversized Items
Oversized items (larger boxes) and heavy items (greater than 150 lbs. Domestic delivery and 99 lbs. International delivery) often require special handling resulting in a shipping surcharge. This surcharge varies depending on the delivery service chosen, the weight and dimensions of your item, special crating and destination. Oversized items and heavy items will be sent via commercial freight, ocean or air cargo. These items typically ship separately from other items in your order, and will require an adult signature upon delivery.
Delivery Method
B3 GUYS ships via UPS exclusively for all standard domestic, non-oversized shipments. You are also welcome to make arrangements for the carrier of your choice to pick-up at our Nashville, TN location. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box - you must use a physical street address for delivery. Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. UPS Overnight and 2Day delivery options to most domestic locations are available for orders received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time, however, not all of the items listed on our website are inventory stocked items - some may require additional fulfillment time. If UPS Overnight delivery service is not available in your area, the next fastest UPS delivery service will be used instead. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International destinations take longer, and are subject to aviation security controls by carriers and government regulations. Regardless of the delivery method selected at time of checkout, no International orders will be shipped until B3 GUYS has successfully processed your credit card for associated UPS shipping fees.
Service Guarantee Suspensions
Until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is reinstated for all Next Day Air shipments with a U.S. origin. The UPS Service Guarantee suspension continues for shipments at ALL OTHER service levels - delayed shipments during this time will not be eligible for refunds on shipping charges. B3 GUYS is not responsible for any delayed shipments, and will not refund any charges due to shipping delays.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email directly from UPS, provided you supplied B3 GUYS with an email address when the order was placed. UPS contact information: 1-800-742-5877.
Claims
When you order from B3 GUYS, we ship your package pursuant to a shipment contract that transfers risk of loss and title to you, the Purchaser, upon our delivery of said package to the carrier. If you return a package to us, the risk of loss and title will transfer to us only upon receipt and damage inspection of the package. B3 GUYS assumes no liability for any non-UPS International shipping carrier you request - risk of damage, loss and title for all non-UPS International shipments transfers to the Purchaser at the time package is picked up by your requested carrier. Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we may not be able to ship all products to all geographical locations. Your order is shipped insured for each item's appropriate value, however, items damaged or lost during shipping will be subject to carrier's limits of liability policies. B3 GUYS is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping, nor theft or missing packages once delivery has been made per carrier documentation, and will not issue any refund or credit prior to receiving direct reimbursement, if any, from the shipping carrier.
