Order Fulfillment

We all love this industry or we wouldn't be here, right? But it is what it is ... small. It's not Amazon. It is a niche industry, and it's common to experience supply chain delays in getting products and/or shipping your order in a timely manner. Reasons?

1. Items may be backordered which take longer fullfillment time.
2. Some items are assembled/built by the manufacturer upon receipt of your order.
3. Many items are drop-shipped by our suppliers, and they can take longer than your requested UPS shipping method. B3 GUYS has no control over any suppliers, nor when they choose to drop-ship your order. This includes commercial freight, and UPS shipping rates, policies and procedures.
