1. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Online: Visit us at b3guys.com to place your order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day.

  • Phone: Call us at 615-438-8997 during our normal business hours Monday thru Friday between 8:00-5:30 CST/CDT, USA.

  • Mail: After you've discussed your purchase items with us, simply mail in your order and payment.

  • International: All International orders must be placed online thru the website.

2. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER? 

No, however, all International orders less than $100.00 in product total are subject to an International Handling and Processing Fee of $30.00. Please see 3. SHIPPING: International Rates under Policies.
                           
3. DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX?

B3 GUYS does not collect the sales tax for any purchase made from outside of the state of Tennessee. In all other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
 
B3 GUYS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, as well as cash, money order, certified check, personal check (requires a waiting period for your check to clear), and International Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer (a wire transfer fee will be added to your amount due). We do not accept Paypal. We also offer lease-to-own financing to qualified institutional Church applicants. Please contact us for more information.
 
5. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We ship all orders exclusively via FedEx using the delivery service method you choose at checkout. Standard FedEx domestic U.S.A. and International rates apply. For orders placed through our online store, you will receive an emailed confirmation receipt via the email address used to place the order, however, shipping will not be reflected on this confirmation - it is for product total only. Shipping will be billed as a separate transaction as our shopping cart does not calculate shipping. The reason is this - FedEx has informed us that with a wide range of products having a wide range of dimensions and weights, there is not an accurate way to automatically calculate the true rate at time of checkout. As a result, your actual shipping amount will be determined after your order has been received, packed, measured, weighed and data submitted electronically to FedEx. You will not be notified in advance of what the FedEx shipping rate will be, however, it is whatever the standard FedEx rate is, and also includes the cost of packing supplies, insurance, carrier pick-up, and may require a signature upon delivery. A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders greater than $200.00 in product total shipped via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery, and all orders shipped via FedEx Express (Overnight, 2Day, and International) regardless of the amount. There is no domestic U.S.A. minimum order, however, there is a minimum shipping and handling fee of $11.95. Please keep in mind that FedEx sets the rates, B3 GUYS does not. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Some products are drop-shipped directly to you from Hammond USA via UPS. All orders shipped from Hammond USA include a $7.00 handling fee in addition to standard UPS rates, and will simply be listed on your receipt as "Shipping".

All International orders less than $100.00 in product total will include a non-refundable International Handling Fee of $30.00. This fee is not a shipping rate, and does not include FedEx International shipping which is billed separately. All International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy if available in your area. The billing address and shipping address for all International orders must be the same. Any International order received where the billing address and shipping address are not the same will be cancelled. Please be aware that International shipping is expensive!

Any refused package delivery will not receive a refund for shipping, regardless of reason. Any package greater than 149 lbs. must be shipped by commercial freight. For more shipping information, please see 3. SHIPPING under Policies.

7. CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MUCH THIS INSTRUMENT IS WORTH?

Yes, providing we have an opportunity to physically inspect the instrument. We do not provide telephone or email appraisals, including requests for a ballpark value/worth estimate without an inspection.

8. ARE ALL OF THE ITEMS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE IN STOCK?
No. While we do stock a large numer of parts items, many other items may be drop-shipped from our various suppliers. Due to the boutique nature of our specialized industry, it is not unusual for manufacturers, distributers and suppliers to be backordered on items. There is nothing we as a dealer can do about this other than be patient, which we all know can be challenging at best. Simply stated, the time to ask questions regarding product availability is prior to placing your order.
9. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER? 

Yes, you may add items to an existing order providing the order has not been packed or shipped. Please note that some orders may be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Should you wish to add an item, it is best to contact us and request an order status update.

10. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may cancel your order for any item sold by B3 GUYS, providing the order has not been shipped, subject to our Return Policy. Excluded are any special order or non-stocked inventory items, pre-order items, deposit paid items, and manufacturer drop-ship items. For any order where a payment transaction has been processed but item has not been shipped, customer will receive credit for the item purchased plus shipping if charged, less a 5.0% Merchant Account Processing Fee on the total amount charged, any additional expenses incurred (ex. shipping) by B3 GUYS to procur the item, and any applicable restocking fees. Any administrative International Handling Fee previously charged is non-refundable. Please note that some orders may be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order. If the item has been shipped, you may still return it for a refund, less all shipping charges, merchant account processing fees and applicable restocking fees.
